Digital points ads not showing on my site

I've been trying to run dp ads on a couple of my sites, but none of the approved advertisements show up. The javascript is in place and all looks good, but for whatever reason, it just doesn't want to display ads.

Any ideas how to diagnose this problem?

Ads only run after the advertiser funds their account. Have you received any payments from advertisers yet?

Yes, I have received funds from the advertiser and approved the ads. However, the ads never seem to show up.

I checked a couple of your advertisers with funds, and they all look normal... one is bidding on keywords (not banners), the other is bidding on a monthly text link.

People would only be able to buy keyword based ads if it was already enabled in your admin control panel (by installing the related addon). I assume you did this?
