    If a "big boy" was interested in owning a forum, this'd be one of the first choices, so this qualifies the website to the $x,xxx,xxx league. Not to mention #145th spot on global ranking.

    Mmmm, I tried that tool with one of my domains and I get this error:
    "The site you have entered has used a Robots.txt file to disallow Archive.org to archive it. This means that they have no historical record available at his time and we therefore cannot complete this free appraisal." :(

    I agree. But we never know...Guys, Leap fish says my site worth $1,7 million and I'm selling it for $50K.
    No revenue, no traffic, no nothing but $1,7 million they said...
    $1,650,000 instant equity. Wake up millionnaire overnight...

    It is worth whatever a willing buyer will pay.

    Leapfish values one of my sites at $6200.00 when in reality it woud sell for $1500 - $2000.

    Well, they are off by about 160 Billion, Google's market capitalization is near 175 Billion dollars.

    Digital Point is a small private company, Shawn has said many times it is not for sale, I'm sure if you offer him 10 million cash he would consider it.

    Sweet, it looks like one of my domains is worth 2.5k. LOL. I wouldn't pay $300 for the domain and the content.
