digital point violates googles TOS

isn't this for in violation of googles adsense tos

because the tos says that the ads con only be on content pages and the ads show up on memberlist, edit profile, etc and that is in violation of the tos

I read about this and I took the ads off of my forum header

you cant have it in the header nor footer of your website if everypage doesnt have content

Dont you think they would have already complained to him about it? I mean he isnt earning $3 a month from it, they know hes there and know where his ads are.

 

hes earning over $10k a month, believe me they already know.

 

If it does violate the Google TOS, tell me, why is Shawn not banned then?

 

That's the reason I took the ads of of my forum header and other non content page. I saw a guy on DP say that he had been "warned" Maybe DP has a different kind of Adsense account than us little guys.

I wonder how many times DP has been warned and how many times they have been reported.

 

Yeah, DP probably brings in enough money for Google that they don't give a crap.

 

I always wondered about that with the revenue sharing

 

Shawn has some default ads in place where google ads are not allowed.
