    thats a very old article and have been passed on to the forum on various threads few times. since then, members and traffic went up a lot, i think members almost doubled. if i have to assume, Dp is making somewhere between 15k - 20k /month now comparing 10k adsense revenue with half the members

    The alexa rank of DP is quite higher than Sitepoint. I think it is high time Shawn takes DP to the next level.. I mean, the revenue maybe or maynot be higher, and I don't care how much he makes, but its hasn't changed .. and if it has, it is not for the better.. There are more spammy threads than ever, most the OLD guys aren't too active... DO something Man.... Before it is too late...

    Also, if you are so curious, most the ads are very targetted towards webmasters.. New tools, ebooks, directory submissions etc.. services that we buy from the BST sections etc etc.. And also DP ranks for a LOT of targetted long tail keywords.. And SE visitors are very click happy :)

    I won't be surprised if DP has a CTR of about 1%.. quite high for a Webmaster site..

    i can see there are many moderators on dp, that is good for this community to get bigger, if adsense earning is only $10,000, then how they manage it. my experience say, DP have over $80,000 earning from adsense.

    $5,000 ....
    $10,000 ....
    $25,000 ....
    $50,000 or...

    $100,000?... well, maybe I'm a little overboard on that one but could be possible!
