People always sell their domains for more than they are worth and on the opposite end buyers always pay more than they are worth. It HAS to be that way because no would sell their domain that is making them steady amount of money unless the deal was highly in their favor. :D

Well, if you would have a goldmine would you sell it, even if they are offering let's suppose 2x more than it is worthed at the moment ? :D

The thing is that goldmine offers you almost fixed income, so for example it would bring you 100 units per month, but somebody offered you 15 000 units for it.

It is 150x the monthly value so round it to 10 years mining from the goldmine.

But the value of 15 000 units of the money after 10 years of buying will worth much more less, but if you would keep it, wou would earn still the same, that 100 units + some extras as the gold price may go up.

Of course there are other facts, what if somebody opens better, bigger, and cheaper goldmine after you deny the 15 000 units offer and then you would have anaboded goldmine and no money from it :D

By typing this post I was thinking more and more deeply into the topic and then realized it has no direct answer, maybe that is why no one will understand what I was typing :D
