Digital Point newbie looking for honest site reviews

Hi All,
I have only been here for a week or so and still finding my way round. I would like people to review my website and give some honest feedback. The catagories will be changing over the next week or so with the addition of Nintendo gaming products and a wider selection of brand names for the other electronics. so any pointers to improve the look will be appreciated.

The page did take a while to load (could be my connection..)

Thanks for the reviews, I think the loading time is probably down to the distance and server load. I have been told that some catagories are not loading properly on Internet explorer 6 for some reason. Anyone out there with IE6 that can varify that for me please?

 

I like the designing of the website, the designing is too good.
But i thnk that due to the design the website becomes slow.

Because evn I am having a high speed broadband connection, it took time..
So please check and modify if you can

 

Your site's designing is very good.I think you need colour change.Add more goods.

 

Yes you are right about the products we will be listing Nintendo gaming products shortly and other branded TVs etc it has taken a while to secure the business from the manufacturers.
As for colour, the overall colour will remain to compliment Nintendo's own site but there will be the addition of colour with the game listings.
The ads at the lower end will eventually disappear to give the new products space without customers having to scroll down too much

I like the site.

The navigation on the left side seems a little small, and I like the changing images in the header image.

The only main problem I had was with the colour of the website - the blue.

its a bit too light and hard to see on a laptop screen, perhaps you could darken it a little bit.

Unlike others, I didnt have any problems loading the pages - all that seems fine.

The jargon buster is a good idea

The overall design is good, the shipping informations are not very easy to understand for a foreigner like me (do you ship worldwide? at which price?).

Anyway, good idea even if the prices aren't totally interesting.

As some already said, the page did take a while to load. But the design is clean..
Maby you shall remove some ads from the site to make it look more professional.

Thanks for your comments, I take your point about shipping information not being clear and will update information to clearly read that all UK shipping is FREE. It was not generally intended to send large items overseas but now I also include Nintendo products in the inventory I will adjust accordingly.

Do my prices seem more interesting now you know everything is freepost?

 

The site didn't take too long to load from my side and the appearance is really good.

 

Load times were a little slow. Nice clean site design and good use
of very neutral colors. I like it.

I also think the quick search is a little big and makes it a big focus
on the page whereas other aspects could be promoted better in that key
spot.
