Digital Point keyword monitor webmaster tool have problem

Digital point google keyword monitor is excellent tool for searching keyword ranking for all major search engines. But i have seen some problem in this tool. If i export a keyword searching report there are some mistake +tive are seen -tive and -tive are seen +tive. But when i received this report from email that is correct.
