Realize the list works off a cron job so even though it shows a particular mod online, he or she may have exited a few minutes previously. For this reason the best way to handle issues is via the bad post report. Although I attempt to answer all private messages, I know I have failed to do so on our busiest days. My personal mod plan is always deal with the most serious issues first.
