Digital point forum gives me page load error in firefox many times

I am having some problem with digital point forum

its sluggish and sometimes giving page load error in firefox

some times its loading the page and still re-directing/ going to page load error

its not happening all the time.. but many times a day.

i tried to ping the address and its replying 2 times and request time out 3 times of every 5 ping request send.
