As the subjectline suggests I've been trying to gather research on such tools. I've so far looked at BuzzStream and HubSpot. HubSpot looks like a winner so far but I wanted to get others' opinions who may be making use of better resources. I need a tool that is: - comprehensive. (e.g. not 'just' social oriented, and if social not 'just' twitter...etc) i'd like to manage and track social and seo, listen for opportunities, and ideally monitor website performance too via google analytics integration/support. - reporting. my primary problem at the moment is the length of time it takes me to do customised reports for people. well laid out reporting structure is essential - doesn't require months of 'familiarising' myself with the platform - is reliable..obviously. - doesn't put your cost-to-client thru the roof.. ideally. Any suggestions
