Hello, I would like to start a "Digital Content Scammers List". The list will contain any members that have purchased a digital product. Then for whatever reason filed a chargeback with paypal only to have the order reversed. I have taken over the "Ultimate Black Hat" program and the following members have filed a chargeback after downloading the product. If I have posted this in the wrong section, please suggest the forum sub session to post in.
