    This domain is approximately 10 months old and the site is about 1.5 months old. The site uses Wordpress and gets on average of 40 visits per day mostly from Google. Just added Adsense so no revenue yet. Registered at Namecheap.

    Here is another screenshot showing the search terms that this is ranking for -- most on the first page. As you can see, lots of excellent "buy" terms. Many are on the first SERP page as well.
