    I'm confused why at the bottom is says "images copyright of digg.com" so are you stealing them?

    Because the actual seller doesn't have enough posts or time in this forum to sell a site so I assume the original thread starter was doing this as a favour to get around the rules.

    Normally the thread would be deleted but since their are already bids, I guess it stays up for now

    No we arnt stealing them, we thought it would be good to give some design credit back to digg for such things like the header and footer images... yes we could say they are copyright to us but that wouldnt be right... Kevin (the owner off digg) has seen the website and said it was cool, so there are no problems there :)

    Okay seems to be back open thanks to a non paying bidder (thanks for all the trouble) so opened again with a top bid so far of $250... you get the domain, design and db... a real wee money maker here.. and great domain name.. :)

    Created our own, I hired one of the phpBB team to make and design the forums and he put it down there... he owns a professional website design and programming company and im sure he is clued with the legalitys of it all.
