    he says "He was not Vice President at the time."

    Here is the real reason why!

    "From 1995 until 2000, he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Halliburton, a Fortune 500 company and market leader in the energy sector." quoted from Wikipedia.

    He dont earn from Halliburton back in 1994 but from 1995 till today, he does. Isnt it obvious? Digg for the truth!
