    yet to try this one but instead make my site look worthy I think that will make my site look to much more and since I am pretty bad become successful with digg I dont think it could help me rank better then before

    Nah not really, the main submitters are the older members and they just submit random news stories that they find online and generally from leading news websites - that don't submit themselves - so the submitters don't care and nor do the major news sites ... it's being focused more on digg users and members and not geared towards webmasters or spammers.
