Is there any php user rating system or classs/function with the algorithem implemented that make a rated item promote to the frontpage more reasonable and sensible?
If you really want to make your website famous , do not use opensource scripts, the algorithm will be beaten pretty quick and you will see some v-agra advertisement link at first page.
