Digg integration with blog/website question

    Hi,

    I am reading the blog http://diggtheblog.blogspot.com/

    Yet, i cannot seem to understand what code to add to my template to allow users to digg my posts.

    Can anyone please explain what code you used to allow users to digg my posts if they like it?

    Also, anyone can give me a link to add De.li.cious to bookmark a post if they like it.

    I am using a free hosting service, so i cannot add plugins.
    Is there a more manual way?
