    How effective are backlinks from sites like Digg, Feed the Bull, Reddit, etc...

    I've gotten short bursts of traffic from these sites, but right now I'm more interested in bumping up my PR.

    Digg and other social bookmarking/networking sites are rich in traffic which depends on your traffic
