Digg.com Self Promotion? Taser Use in the USA

So, after dealing with the after effects of a loved one being tasered by a cop, I decided to do some research and write an article on Civil Rights and Taser use. After I completed it and posted it to my blog, I submitted it to digg.com to get some more exposure. You can read it/digg it here.

My question is this: do you guys see anything wrong with "digging" your own articles? Keep in mind, I have no ad's (asside from the dp ones) on my blog, I just want people to know what is up with cops and taser use.

I think you will find that a large number of digg submissions are done so from self promotion, and even digg networking, where many digg users know each other and exchange digg links regularly. There is nothing wrong with starting off a digg article. If it is great it will float and with some luck get dugg to the top, if not, it will simply sink quickly as is what happens with thousands of submissions daily.

No, not really a problem with it unless it's spam.
