Can someone enlighten me how digg.com works (legally speaking).

Could someone copy a news story text image or video from msn.com, yahoo.com latimes.com or youtube.com and paste it onto digg.com?

Digg.com makes money from others content.

    Thanks.

Basically, it works as though you are writing a research paper. As long as you cite your sources and give credit back to the original author, then legally speaking, you can do this. Plus, they are only publishing an excerpt from the content or a review of it.
