I am looking for someone who can do a Digg Clone or customize Pligg (or another voting system). I want to launch a new concept site (nothing like it on the internet so far that I have seen) so I can not give away a lot of details. The users have to be able to create accounts, do friend invites, upload pictures and videos as well. I do not have a budget established for the project yet and wanted to get a few offers. If one is good I will take it, if not I will try and trudge through it myself. If I agree to terms I will offer 50% payment upfront and then 50% on completion.
