The title and first paragraph. Or something more enticing.

The value that an article has for digg is not the link from digg, but rather, the potential number of links that other bloggers can generate for your blog after it is dugg.

I read an article once saying that a blog which gets dugg and ends up on the first page will receive some 800 links from other bloggers.

Entice people to visit the page, don't post the whole thing on digg

 

i wouldnt even post the first paragraph, would try to make it more exciting and also stuff keywords in the description.(have not been successful with the article+first paragraph thingy)

So i will get a backlink, lots of potential backlinks and keyword which i m tryin to optimize for linking back to my domain.

havent tried this yet, but this is wat i would do.

 

anything you need to do to entice them to click through to your site. first sentence or first paragraph.
