Digg Alternative - Best way to market it?

Hello everyone i just started a digg alternative site called http://squidlens.com so far i have done SEO and now im ranked on page #1 of google.. for my keyword... getting a good amount of traffic but can't seem to get any members.. what would you advise me to do?

I would think the only way to do it would be to market non stop. What is the advantage to your site over digg?

You can submit some press release in high PR sites.
You also can submit it to other high ranking social bookmarking networks.

 

I think that getting some PR will help you enormously; see if you can get a magazine or some local journalist to write an article about your new service.

 

I think you have to analyze first digg.com how it works & what it provide & then you have to promote your website through bookmarking site list or vmoption.com site list then you can get better result for your website.
