Difficulty regarding domain PageRank

    Domain: YeCN.net
I had bought this domain 2-3 weeks ago from a DP member. When I bought it, the pagerank of the domain was 0.
Now, today while taking free appraisal from Estibot and Dnscoop, I can see it has valid Pagerank 1.
Can someone help me? I am unable to understand this rise in PR.

hang on to it and try and sell some backlinks off it! I have even PR1 domains making me $20 / month - just be sure to keep building good backlinks or google will bite you sooner or later

    Thanks for your help.
How to sell links on a domain? I mean it is not hosted anywhere, so how can I make changes on the page?

The easiest way is to put it up on some nice cheap hosting ( I find godaddy is fine for that sort of thing ) The just drop a script on it - most hosting companys have something like fantastico that will do that for you and off you go!
