you need to think small at first and work you way up after you make some seed money by outsourcing etc.
When the sites are becoming a burden to look after outsourcing is a good idea, the South East are well known for being efficient and economical
Focus on one website first until you see some results, and then start promoting the other sites one by one. You will learn all the ways to promote when you successfully promote your first website.
Forget the outsourcing... To produce and maintain the quality you are trying to achieve simply create a manageable schedule for content implementation. 1 = Create a cycle for each site in the network. 2 = Automate extra content and features through RSS and other implementations. 3 = Dashboard certain tasks such as Social Network and Post pushes. 4 = Spend ONLY X time per site addressing comments, email replies, etc... If you don't finish in the allotted time, then push it ot the next session. 5 = All tech updates such as code / feature / function / design = happen on a separate cycle. If you get the management down for the 10 sites, then you shouldn't be overwhelmed, the sites should maintain the level of quality that you wish for and all should get better... If you find that it is still too much, then hire an employee, NOT outsource or take on a partner. Best of Luck and wishes for success! Cheers!~
You could try to find someone to help or perhaps you may want to consider giving up on a few of them.
Agree with this. Focus on one or two blogs that have the biggest potential and keep the rest for one way backlinks.
