Hey, hoping you guys can help. We launched a website only yesterday, and without any promotion, we've already had over 5000 page views in 12hrs, and the traffic keeps on increasing. There is no doubt that we'll be hitting 50k + page views a day within a week. For this reason, we've been trying to register with some of the major ad networks however are having difficulties due to 'questionable content'. The site itself is targeted at male College / University students... it contains ZERO pornography whatsoever, however it does show some images of nude male body parts for PURELY comical purposes thus us NSFW... the site was designed to make people laugh, and that's exactly what it does. We've happily been able to register with adult networks such as 'juicy ads' but we really want to avoid advertising with them since our site is not associated with pornography in any way, and we don't want adult ads. Furthermore, adult CPM pays next to nothing. I was hoping that some of you may know some networks that would happily accept us onto their network. The sorts of advertisers we expected would be interested would be male grooming products, underwear, alcohol, etc. Thank You
I'm assuming the fact that your site is new is the main problem with you being accepted. Have you tried networks like Smowtion, PulsePoint and Fidelity Media?
Thanks Dean, I'll have a look at them. I've spoken with these networks directly and they've told me it's to do with the site content since there are 'nude body parts' !
eCPM for me usually around $4 but their eCPM system isn't very reliable, but for earnings its better than anywhere else I've tried, so you will be fine with your amount of traffic. You should be able to make anything over $5 per day with your 5K, but if you expect 50K then who knows? A lot that's for sure.
Thanks, although I think I'll have to pass. I will never trust a company without a telephone number. Hopefully I can find a major ad network that will accept me!

I work for an ad network that exclusively does mobile for WAP and Apps so i cant really help you out here (unless you release a mobile version) BUT the main thing I'm confused about is the fact that your site is doing really well in impressions AND its in one of the most influential consumer demographics... you'd thing your site's real estate would go like crazy!

Dear, if you won't be accepted to one major network no one else will accept you. You should try the smaller ones, like the one in my sig.

You should try Adsgadget, as long as there is no adult or pornographic content they will have no problem. The rates are high, they work with several payment models, and with that traffic volume you can start earning in no time. I can second zapunited for that type of site... especially if you put the 'babes' ads on. It's a cpc network and the clicks only pay around 0.015 euros but my click through rate with them has been about 4-5% (with StumbleUpon traffic) which results in about 0.72 eCPM (in Euro's) People just see thumbnails of hot chicks and they pretty much have to click it
