Hi, I'm considering selling my site. The site in question is w*w*w.w*ebtwis*t-d*esig*n.c*o*m (remove stars), you can also find it in my signature with flash design. The pagerank is 4. It's currently ranking #1 on google for flash design and 1-2 for flash web design plus a load of other keywords but the main keyword sure is flash design. The site has an Alexa ranking that jumps between 600.000-300.000 The reason for my interest in selling this site is because I've moved on to my local market(my own country) and that is where I want to focus my attention. The site has no income as such since all income is depended on your work. The site also comes with a blog but it hasn't been very well monetized since it wasn't my goal. I do get my fair share of customers from the site but as I mentioned earlier I decided to put all my focus on my local market. So I know this site is difficult to evaluate and probably especially on a forum like this since it's mostly internet marketing etc that people are looking for here. But I would like to hear what your opinion. According to the google keyword tool, flash design has got about 165.000 global searches a month and flash web design about 60.000 plus all the other keywords I rank for. I'm still not sure I want to sell the site because I have put blood,sweat and tears into it. The site is almost 3 years old. I have some adsense on the blog but it's not worth mentioning as you can probably see the placement is not exactly up to par. Forgot to mention that the site currently receives between 250-300 visitors a day. I just added some adsense and banner on the front page. Just so you know. It's literally been added 5 minutes ago.
