    Let me know what you think is the best practice for SEO on building a site, if to
    1- create web pages for each product or service
    2- add sections to the home page and use the menu anchor links (ex. /#hosting, /#servers, /#domains)

    It would be better to add sections to differentiate different categories for different services. And, also design different webpages for different services to make it more clear and more understandable for the users and search engines as well.

    Have a section on homepage with a basic description. Create a more detailed service page for those interested.
