Are you actually selling the comic books etc online? if so, have you considered using a free shop interface such as zencart or OScommerce? Alternatively, it is easy to create a project such as the one you suggested in PHP. You can either contact a freelancer, or self teach... as yours seem to be small amount of data, store the data in text files and write a short simple php or asp code to read data from this text file ... in future, you'll have to just update the text file.
