I am willing to buy a Tablet - Focusing more on iPad. Though i want tablet with calling facilities which iPad don't have. Next which version should i take?

I known about the retina display just help me with the following -
    • iPad Mini with Wi-Fi
    • iPad Mini with Wi-Fi and Cellular
    • iPad with Retina Display and Wi-Fi Cellular
Next what difference is there with 3rd Generation and 4th Generation?

    Thanks in advance!

I have owned a few of the models, Each one gets better with the new features,

IF you got the money, get the retina with WIFI & Cellular ....That would be what I would buy,

My son has an ipad mini which is also nice

I suspect Cellular means 4g. Where 4g capability isn't available they make it clear that it's only 3g.
