    Don`t see huge difference but I believe professionals agencies won`t use Black HAT.

    I think there is no difference. both agencies and individuals use black hat SEO techniques and some use white hat.

    Black hat seo can do wonder for you in short time,But reward from it is temporary and when google penalize it ,the website has a lot to loose.So we should concentrate on white hat seo.We should follow rules made by search engines.

    White SEO means like building quality content seo.

    Gray SEO means making some changes in that content which was once white, are now gray. You can call duplicate content as grey seo.

    Black hat SEO means doing that things which search engine say you should not do.Like automated link spaming, stealing content and then publishing it.
