It is not any harm if you provide different titles but better you should go for unique single title everywhere. It will be easy for optimising that title everywhere.

If you're getting loads of backlinks with exactly the same anchor text it looks unnatural and spammy, and may flag up to google that you're manipulating your links. It's better to mix in some variation with synonyms of your keyword.
I think you mean anchor text and not titles. And yes, it's a good idea to vary it to have a more natural link profile.
Aside from that, using different anchor text in building backlinks will also help you to target more keywords. Be sure that whatever keywords you use in your anchor text, they must be relevant to the page of your site where the link is pointed.
I think building for just 1 anchor text can get you penalised - it just doesn't look natural to google.
