    Hi folks

I have three problems I'd appreciate some help with please.

    1) If my Google a/c is open then my site appears No. 2. If it's closed then it's on Page 8. How can I overcome that?

2 I changed a couple of pages and when the Google a/c is open, then it shows the new page. If it is closed then it shows the old cached page. The new page included a link to a PR4 site. How can I get it to cache the new page?

3 If I do a phrase search " " the site doesn't appear at all even thought the phrase is in the Title tag.

    Thanks folks

*a/c?? you mean google account??? if so then that's normal.. the true result is when its closed.

*any changes on your site can affect your rankings..

*well maybe its on the other pages.. there are like million results on every popular search query.

Google updates it's cache every time it crawls a particular page (if changes have been made) So the only way to get the cache to update is to wait for the next crawl.

When you're signed in to your Google account, you can "customize" your search results, by either moving certain results up, or removing others. So, I would only base your search ranking on searches done while you are signed out of your account.

Finally, placing your search term in quotes, this is going to look for the exact phrase that you're looking for. This does not mean that your site will automatically display first, as you've clearly seen. If you want your site to come back on an exact phrase search, then make sure that you are promoting that phrase in a good majority of your linking efforts.
