For one of my sites when i search my keyword in Google (when i logged in gmail) the search result is showing me home page but when i search without logging in gmail shows me internal page and also the SERP's shows variations where as the competitor remains same what might be the reason?

This could be to do with personalized listings - for quite some time now not everyone will see identicle results within Google search. Searches can be based on the end users actions and past visits etc, so you logging out of your gmail account and seeing slightly varied results is a common occurrence for many of us.

    Don't worry!

If you'd like to see non-personalized results, then search in the Chrome incognito tab or using Firefox private browsing option (and check your search engine rankings when you're logged out of the browser).

    Well said WebDev

My advice would be to do the opposite to the Google advice you will see in G's marketing (The "You will get a better search experience" hype) in this instance tbh as if you want slightly less stuffed up search results on Google (then my perspective is) log out of Google at least, to get a slightly clearer picture of what some will also see, in some places, in regards to the results you will see, which will 9 times out of ten, at least, differ quite a lot when logged in to your G account (and/or others G accounts)...

Ding Ding Ding... we have a winner! Use the incognito window in Chrome. This essentially does not keep track of your browsing history or any of the metrics that Google uses to personalize your results.

Welcome to your personalised experience at Google. +1 and share your site, so that you can always rank #1 (for yourself :p).

Whilst you're logged in, you can add &pws=0 to the Google search URL to disable personalised results. Also, &gl=xx to look at results for another country (where xx is the country code).

An "early" (2009) look at it by Danny Sullivan (it started earlier than this, but 2009 was when everyone was "opted into" personalised search):

Warning - the screenshots might take you back in time. :D

And some further thoughts from him about it:

It's interesting to read an old post and think about the search experience situation now (personalised further by Google+, for example).

Definitely its because of personalized results and there are a lot of parameters you can include in the search URL to depersonalize your search and target it to specific locations & languages:
&pws=0 -> Turn off personalized results
&hl=en -> Set interface language in English
&lr=lang_en -> Get results that are in English language
&gl=US -> Search results from US location
&cr=countryUS -> Search pages from US

So if I make a full search in GOOGLE.COM for the keyword 'seo services' for instance, then you can copy paste this as URL location:
    http://www.google.com/webhp#q=seo+services&pws=0&hl=en&lr=lang_en&gl=US&cr=countryUS
