Im in Canada and for some reason my site is only visible on google.com and not on google.ca. I can't access the .com directly with out having to go through a proxy site because google recognizes my ip as canadian and sends me to the .ca

How can I control this so my search results are visible to both .com .ca and whatever other ones there is? Do I have to submit to each of them separately?

    Thanks

This is strange, but probably yes - you should get backlinks from servers with both tld's.

Google's search results depends on many factors (geolocation, browser settings, search preferences, etc.) and what you are talking about is normal.
