    Hi

I see different results on all my sites about indexed pages

    Examples:

    - 1 domain 180 indexed pages in webmaster tool and 47,000 in google search engine when i type: site:www. domain .com - LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE

    - 2 domain 99 indexed pages in webmaster tool and 1456 in google search engine when i type: site:www. domain .com

    - 3 domain 50 indexed pages in webmaster tool and 16,000 in google search engine when i type: site:www. domain .com

    Is that normal?

Yes that is normal, although I have no idea why Google takes that approach. Don't worry too much about the exact numbers in Google Webmaster Tools. Instead use it as a tool to find problems with your site and potential indexing problems.

Webmaster tools don’t get updated frequently whereas site command gives you fresh results. So, for close analysis, you can trust site command more than webmaster tools.

yes these are normal results sometimes Google's Crawler can't find a specific page at the time of crawling due to server down and you don't need to worry this would recover in 3-4 days..
