Different result in GA & GW

    My GA & GW accounts are linked with each other. when i checked the google analytics where i saw in section of query of Search engine optimization,impression 120 ,clicks 5...on dated 12th Sep. But when i checked in search queries in search traffic of Google webmaster where i saw 150 impression & 12 clicks on dated 12th sep...Why data are different?
