I don't know the exact timing but my toolbar problems started about the same time as I installed the new version of Firefox. The toolbar works with IE.

I think that you can't have two different PR's on two different web browsers on the same site. Probably some problem with installed software.

 

My experience is that my site in google page 1 , then 1 day it suddenly was on page 4, I found that in order for a website to improve or maintain it's page rank positions, . you have to continues working on the backlinks to your site. the bot always monitor backlinks
