    I dont think its loss of traffic they are worried about - rather name reputation.

    Years ago, the domain Nissan.com was owned by an Israeli named Uzi Nissan. Instead of Nissan, you got a webpage of Chrysler. He made a fortune in advertising before getting sued. :)

    I agree that Google.org doesn't show up Google... but a different site rather.
