For my account-- the member ID that CJ uses for links is different than the account ID. Do you know if this is how they are doing their internal accounting -- or could this account for why I believe my stats look inaccurate?

You have one CJ account ID to umbrella all your earnings/activities on CJ.
You have one CJ PID (publisher ID) for each website you add to your account. Your PID is what appears in your affiliate links.

    e.g
    Account: Dr. Fantastic (123456789)
    PID for www.domain1.com: 987654
    PID for www.domain2.com: 456789

If you make an affiliate link for domain1.com, then it will contain the PID for domain1.com.
Your aff links will never contain your CJ account ID.

    :)

Yes, each site id under my cj account is reflected in my links. For some reason I believe I am not getting credit for everything. that is why I wanted to check to see if account numbers should be the same as member numbers:

That's not an issue. The number in the URL actually refers to the ID of your login, not of your account. For example, I have 2 logins on my account, and each has a unique "user ID" in the URL once logged in.
