    I visit a forum. And I see on the forum google adds but they are with some different shape. Than i see the code of script.
    Is there any one know how they get the adds?

    You can only choose from what adsense provide and not allowed to change the code
    Those special type is only applicable for the premium user

    well those are adsense premium members to be a part of that you need to have 20 million page views, and when your in that position then you even can talk with google about the rate of clicks and revenue share. like CNN and AOL are some of the premium members of adsense

    They definitely are premium publishers.. They do have some extra facilities over normal publishers.

    Not at all... few days back google changed his ads format may be it happens coz of this or they will be premium publishers...
