Different Layouts on Same Site

    I am considering having a different layout for each part of my site-home page/company info, blog, etc. What do you guys think about this?

    A common beginner's design mistake. Never use different layouts, it will be confusing. You should keep a consistent design layout & navigation for every page of the site. You can modify color & branding a bit for each section to make them unique, but keep the same layout.
