Different layour on google search result

    Hi,

    I noticed today when I enter xhanch as the keyword via Google
    My website is ranked #1 as usual but the different one from yesterday is that there are four links(displayed in a single line) below it.

    Never see something like this before. What is that?

    Those are called "sitelinks" and they are a good sign: Google considers your site an authority on that keyword. You can also see your sitelinks in Webmaster Tools. You cannot force Google to create sitelinks for your site, but it does so of its own choice.
