Different kind of backup software?

    So many backup softwares, so complex. Is there a simple windows backup software that will simply SFTP into a remote box and backup certain files? Just straight to the point, sftp, download files, etc.

    If you like to have this, you need to custom code yourself at this moment as I can't find this kind of stuff yet. :)
