I know there's a lot of talk about the value of having different interlinking sites on different C-Class IP ranges, but does anyone know if there's any or negligable value to be gained from simply putting sites on seperate IP addresses, regardless of the C-class?
This old chestnut comes up very frequently. Apparently, there is little to be gained from separating your sites in that manner for linking purposes. This article talks about it, and rumour has it the fellow who wrote it knows a little about these things... http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/myth-busting-virtual-hosts-vs-dedicated-ip-addresses/
