If it is done often then it shouldn't be a problem. However, you must make sure the IP is in the same country as where you Paypal is registered. For example if you create a Paypal account in the USA, and log into your account from an IP address from the UK it will automatically throw up red flags to Paypal and your account will probably be limited.
If you're going to be out of the country, let them know you will be accessing it from abroad. Shouldn't be a problem if they know about it. If it's in the same region / country it wont be a problem. Most internet connections use dynamic IP addressing so you would be accessing from different IP's naturally without knowing it.
Yes if you let them know i think there will not be problem , also if you make business account and verify it then also you can use it from dirrect IP with no problem , Not even knowing them .. you can use it ..
there is wrong something !! i have logged in with 3 ip in ones week my account has blocked then i need proceed to some formalities then i got restored but its takes some time to be restored successfully so u should care about login in to your paypal account
