Different Fee For Same Amount

    Hi - I recieve around 20 $10 payments for the same product everyday. Does anyone know why the fee paypal charges changes from .59 to .69 and back again - is it because it is from a different country?

    It may be because of the sender is from another country and the payment incurred a "cross-border" fee.

    Those may be "Currency conversion charges" or credit card funded payments etc......
