I need some WP plugin so user can, when he visits my website for the first time, choose his city, and depending from that choise different website content will be shown to him (specifically I don't want my users to read articles about events happening in other city). I don't think it would be practical just to make 10 WP websites with different content because that would make too much time to edit. I don't want any geolocator based on IP but on user selection.
