Different between Search "Engine Optimization" and "Search Engine Friendly"?

    What is the difference between "Search Engine Optimization" and "Search Engine Friendly"? Can you help me giving information about these two parts of a site?

    a search engine friendly website is easily indexed by google. search engine optimization is the process of getting the site to rank towards the top of google's results.
