Different between Black Hat and White Hat SEO techniques?

white hat techniques are the accepted techniques for SEO.these are the ones that should be followed for good standing with the Search Engines
where as Black hat techniques are the unaccepted techniques for SEO.Avoid the black hat techniques if you want to be in a good standing with the search engines

 

Benefits of White Hat very long and tedious link building but in the long run it will generate good results. While the benefits of blackhat is more faster rankings (oftenly instant) but in the long run it can only harm your website.

 

Black hat is considered cheating. Right?

 

It a matter of degree and extent
Every bit of SEO to some degree is black hat
No matter what you are pushing the search engines and manipulating them to do your bidding
However white hat you can get away with
Black hat is pushing your luck- so that there is a much better chance that you will get caught and punished by the search engines
Some people think that way - only short term - and cannot think beyond the immediate benefits and effects
I am sure that you have met many people like that
White hat are somewhat more cautious and view things with a longer term viewpoint

I think it is better to use the white hat seo as it is the wright technique...

 

Using black hat technique will give you fast result that you wanted and it is very risky and might get banned, while white hat has a long term benefit for your site as long as you promote your site in proper way and don't spam.

 

Blackhat is considered cheating and it can get you banned from google

 

This is like asking "what color is the sea"

What's blackhat to someone may be greyhat or even whitehat to others.

 

White hat is not about spamming links. Spamming links is included in black hat.

I believe that the difference is simply that Blackhat techniques, whilst might not be ILLEGAL, are in a grey area and can result in your site becoming blacklisted by Google etc

If you follow the Search engine guidelines then it is white hat seo, otherwise black hat seo.

 

Black Hat = underground techniques using software and other tools to 'game' google or other search engines and improve your rankings. These are good for a few months but usually google catches on. So if you are looking to use these techniques use them on a throwaway domain, make a quick buck and then move on.

White Hat = techniques which are natural - meaning they don't involve software to build huge backlinks, etc, they are natural in the way the backlinks are made or comments on blogs, or forum posts etc. This is a more long term strategy and works well.

 

It is not necessary but normally unethical fastest ways to get quick rankings on search engine result in applying black-hat techniques.
